A BS EE or other technical discipline (engineering, math or science)required, MS EE or other technical discipline desired. Ten years demonstrated electronic warfare experience required, preferably a combination of Naval operational and acquisition experience. Candidate must have the ability to lead and manage large EW system development and Sustainment activities. Must be capable of serving as the customer’s advocate to Navy organizations and those of the other Services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Must have a Secret Security Clearance. It is anticipated that a Top Secret Security Clearance may be necessary as well.

• Senior level experience in Electronic Warfare (10+years)
• Secret clearance (Current or very recent)
• BS in technical discipline
• 10 to 15 years of Experience
• Management Experience Required

The Manager of Spectrum Warfare Systems will play a critical role providing strategic leadership interfacing with Navy personnel to advance Electronic Warfare/Information Operations Research & Development and Technology programs enhancing company’s overall recognition within the Department of Defense community. Successful Candidate will provide the technical and programmatic leadership on a large engineering and technical services contract supporting Navy Electronic Warfare and Informational Operations, including but not limited to airborne, surface, subsurface, expeditionary and irregular electronic warfare product areas.
